The Basics of Believing in Yourself (4 Weeks)
The best way to start is at the beginning, so that's what we'll do. Here we'll look at the stories of lack that have been running the show, find where they come from, then learn to replace them with new stories. You'll be introduced to elements of self-esteem and how to apply these concepts to your life. The goal is to finish the session with a set of tools you can use to work through insecurities.
